Be part of the magic!
We are always happy to welcome new members at Kerikeri Theatre Company. There are many roles to fill in our productions, both on-stage and backstage (see full list below). It’s very much a learning process each time as our cast is constantly changing and evolving. We won’t lie, each production is hard work with a demanding schedule, but the end result is always wonderful and very rewarding.
We give advance notice to our members first when there is an audition coming up, and information about the audition procedure. If you are given a part as a result of auditions, be aware that it will involve a big time commitment, especially as the performance draws closer.
Before agreeing to appear or help in any production, please read the script and look at the production calendar carefully and make sure you can commit 100% to the schedule. Every member of the cast and crew is very important to the production, no matter how small the role.
Here is an example of a Rehearsal Schedule from the first 8 weeks of Cinderella:
We require everyone involved in a production to be a member of Kerikeri Theatre Company.
